Have you ever experienced mediocre results from your latest tile and grout cleaning service, and you knew your grout could look better? Don’t fret. We have the perfect solution for your grout problem.
Why is grout such a pain?
Grout is a lightweight porous concrete. In fact, its likely the only porous part of your floor, especially if you have a man made tile. Its basically a sponge. Just like when you hose down your driveway, porch, or patio, the concrete soaks up all the water. The same for grout. It loves to soak up spills and stains, it can lose its color pigment over time, especially if the floor has been cleaned with acid or bleach. So even with your best efforts to restore grout, you can be left with just minimal improvement.
Why color seal?
If you want your floor to look its best, the only way to truly restore is color seal. Color seal is a special process of impregnating the color back into the grout. Just like you can hire someone to apply a decorative stain to your driveway, we can also apply a stain to your grout. So, if your grout has stains, if your grout looks dull and lifeless, if your grout is no longer vivid and colorful, color seal is your solution to completely restore grout to like new condition.
How long does the sealant last?
Most ordinary grout sealants that are available at the big box stores claim they will last 20 years, but in reality, most customers tell us they are getting 2-3 years. Also, these sealants offer no soil repellency, only stain protection.
Our product is a 2 part epoxy and acrylic. The first part impregnates your grout, which is the grout stain. The 2nd is a satin acrylic clear coat. Our sealant life expectancy for floor tile is about 10 years, counters are 5-10 years, and showers are 2-5 years. After the service is complete, we provide maintenance instructions as well as recommended cleaning products that you can purchase on Amazon.
Floor maintenance is easier with Color seal
Because we top coat the grout with a clear acrylic sealant, the dirt no longer soaks into grout. Your days of scrubbing grout is over. Just spray and wipe. Your effort to maintain your tile and grout has been greatly reduced after being properly sealed.
